HOW IT WORKS

Simple, reliable, representative cross-belt sampling in four steps.

Material on Conveyor

Bulk material moves along the conveyor belt at operational speed, ready for sampling.

Cross-Belt Cutter

The cross-belt cutter traverses the full width of the material stream, collecting a complete cross-sectional sample.

Sample Discharge Chute

The collected sample is discharged through the chute into the sample collection system for further processing.

Sampler Housing

The robust housing contains the traverse mechanism and drive system, protecting the cutter and ensuring reliable operation.

Sample Analysis & Reporting

The sample is prepared and analyzed for accurate process control and metallurgical accounting.
